Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of AutoDepth materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the materials.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without notice.

User Responsibilities

In no event shall AutoDepth, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
